The Local Human Rights Lawyering Project holds regular webinars to introduce legal aid attorneys to the Human Rights in the U.S. Handbook. The June 2013 webinar will focus on the Disability Rights section of the Handbook.
Prof. Robert Dinerstein, Associate Dean for Experiential Education, Director of the Clinical Program, and Director of the Disability Rights Law Clinic at American University Washington College of Law, will lead the webinar and focus on how to formulate human rights arguments for U.S. courts focusing on representation of persons with disabilities.
