National Plan of Action Template

As a tool in the call for the Obama Administration to adopt a National Plan of Action for Racial Justice, The US Human Rights Network, with input from human rights groups, developed this template to serve as an example for the Administration. We hope that it is a starting point that can be used to develop a National Plan of Action for Racial Justice in consultation with communities directly affected by structural racism across the country.

The template outlines goals, targets, timelines, government agencies responsible, and actions to be taken to address the School to Prison Pipeline and disparities in access to voting.
