The official listserv of the US Human Rights Network's ICCPR Implementation Taskforce serves the following purposes:
1. To facilitate the general planning and coordination of the ICCPR Taskforce.
2. To facilitate the execution of the ICCPR Shadow Reporting Process.
This listserv shall not be used for the following reasons:
1. The dissemination of event announcements and promotions.
2. The dissemination of petitions, action blasts, sign-on letters, etc.
